Description of problem: master branch of subscription-manager was changed to require python-dateutils (for some iso date parsing, to remove a dep on PyXML for fedora). python-dateutil is avail on rhel6, but is only in epel on rhel5. Before we rebase rhel5 from master, we will need to handle that in the spec/requires.
Fixed in master at 897941f2b2170dc7253ec6c883e8a31481526e0d. Delivered with 1.8.4.
