Description of problem:

During upgrade of CFSE there is necessary manual step to finish upgrade of elasticsearch. We need to mention that in release notes.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Affected are upgrades from CFSE 1.0 and 1.1.

looks like this got added here:
