Benefits include cloning, live snapshots, Direct LUN support, hotplug of NICs and disks, stateful authentication of the REST API, Python SDK, quota, CPU pinning etc.

RHEV 3.1 issues were fixed in Beaker 0.12: bug 906214, bug 906175.
