Description of problem:
Sometimes the action of creating a cluster is hanging.

rhevm-3.1.0-31.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:
50%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New a DataCenter.
2. New a cluster for the DataCenter.

Actual results:
it hangs at the cluster creating page

Expected results:
create the cluster without hang.
