When creating a scalable application, options in the web console did not align well. This bug fix updates origin-server and now all web consoles display the menu options properly.

Description of problem:
The "scale your application" page for scalable app displayed not well as the attachment shown.

Tested on Firefox17,Chrome21,IE9,all browsers have this bug.

This bug is already fixed in upstream,bug link is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=868829

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log in web console and create a scalable app
2.Go to the app page, and click the "Scaled up with HAProxy" button.

Actual results:
 The following "scale your application" page displayed not well

The page should displayed well.

I have checked this issue again with OpenShift Enterprise puddle: 1.1.x/2013-01-29.1 , with openshift-console-0.0.15-1.el6op.noarch & rubygem-openshift-origin-console-1.0.9-1.el6op.noarch and the bug has been fixed.
Move the bug to VERIFIED.
