Doc Text:	Cause: netkvm Driver Verification Log, was missing in previous builds. Consequence: DVL file needs to be submitted as part of WHQL submission. While missing of this file creates some problems with getting WHQL certification. Fix: Add DVL generation stage to netkvm build script. Verified this issue on virtio-win-prewhql-88

the netkvm.DVL.XML was listed in win8\amd64

Based on above ,this issue has been fix ald

Move status to Verified
