Firefox mouseover corruption

Description of problem:
Mouseover tooltips in Google Chrome and Firefox become corrupted after a recent update

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qtcurve-gtk2-1.8.15-2.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
Mouseover a bookmark in the bookmarks bar in either browser

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Tooltip is badly corrupted

Expected results:
Tooltip displays correctly

Additional info:
See attached screenshot
If I change the KDE GTK+ Appearance from QtCurve to oxygen-gtk the issue disappears.
