I think texlive-kerkis and ctan-kerkis-fonts seem to come from the same source if I am not mistaken. So it seems texlive-kerkis should obsolete tex-kerkis. But it is kind of silly to keep ctan-kerkis-fonts around if its content is really the same as texlive-kerkis: have you thought about supporting texlive fonts under /usr/share/fonts too in some way or cases?
