Description of problem:
VM network checkbox is checked for non VM network in Assign/Unassign Network dialog (see screenshot)

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Networks -> New
   a) fill name
   b) uncheck VM network
   d) attach Default cluster
2. select the new netwok -> Clusters sub tab -> Assign/Unassign Network

Actual results:
VM network checkbox is checked for non VM network

Expected results:
VM network checkbox is NOT checked for non VM network
