Description of problem:
  When adding an incorrect public key from the website, the error message is printed twice (pls see attachment).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
STG. devenv, INT.

How reproducible:

always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log into one of the above mention environment. 
2. go to My Account and try to enter an invlaid ssh key.
3.
  
Actual results:
sees the same error message being printed multiple times.

Expected results:
error message only printed one time.
