The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Cause: Luci allowed setting the "shutdown_wait" attribute for postgres-8 resources, even though the resource agent has ignored it since RHEL 6.2. Consequence: Users may not have realized that this configuration parameter no longer has any effect. Fix: Text has been added for clusters running a version of RHEL greater than 6.2 to indicate that the "shutdown_wait" parameter is ignored. Result: Users are informed that the shutdown_wait parameter has no effect.
