Description of problem:
Currently DWH doesn't read ssl trust and store dynamically. The certificates rhevm uses are read once at install time and a file is change under '/usr' to set the JVM setting. If a customer changes certificates settings, dwh can handle this.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install engine+dwh
2. change certificates.
  
Actual results:
dwh fails to connect to the engine.

Expected results:
dwh should connect to the database.

Got a few customer issues on this.
We should consider pushing to 3.2.0.
