Please attach full dmesg for this bug report (with the warning). You can find it in .cache/abrt/spool/oops-{DATE}/ or in /var/spool/abrt/oops-{DATE}/ BTW, it should be attached by ABRT by default, what version of ABRT are you using?
I thought dmesg would be attached by default too. Perhaps its a misconfiguration. Here is the abrt version(s) I have: [jchristi@dhcp-88-12 webdrupal]$ rpm -qa | grep abrt abrt-addon-xorg-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-libs-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-plugin-bodhi-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-gui-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-retrace-client-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-dbus-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-addon-kerneloops-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-addon-ccpp-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-desktop-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-addon-python-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 abrt-addon-vmcore-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64

Warning is a consequence of iwlwifi firmware problem: [15727.825719] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Microcode SW error detected. Restarting cc Intel folks ...
Stanislaw: Package abrt-2.0.20-1.fc17.x86_64 already installed and latest version Is 2.1 available on F17? If so, do I need an additional repo? Sorry for off-topic, but I use abrt pretty often :)
Yes, updates-testing repo has to be enabled, for example "yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing abrt libreport"
Is the problem reproducible on 3.8.10 kernel: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=415091 It include this patch which hopefully make the warning gone: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/iwlwifi/iwlwifi-fixes.git/commit/?id=2d5d50ee596361566f7f84300117cba7d7672bc5
Or better please test this kernel http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=5317525 It include additional fix: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/iwlwifi/iwlwifi.git/commit/drivers/net/wireless/iwlwifi?id=63b77bf489881747c5118476918cc8c29378ee63 Does test kernel make issue gone ?
