RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Vimal Patel 2013-03-13 18:02:30 UTC

Cannot use the +, -, and 0 from the number pad to zoom in, zoom out, and switch to normal size. Most application that use + and - accept both the number pad + and - and the + and - from the qwerty keyboard. Remote-Viewer only accepts the + and - from the qwerty keyboard not the number pad.

I opened an upstream bug to Gtk+. If it's acceptable, the solution should be pretty trivial.

This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.

Comment 13 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-03-12 12:52:20 UTC
4.3.1 has been released, please re-target this bug as soon as possible.

Comment 15 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-03-26 10:11:26 UTC
4.3.1 has been released a while ago as RHV 4.3 Beta2.
Re-targeting to 4.3.3 for re-evaluation.

I tested mingw-virt-viewer-9.0-2.el8 (VirtViewer v9.0-32)

Works for me on a Windows 10 (VM) client connecting to a Fedora 32 (live) VM.
Behavior is similar to a Fedora 32 client connecting to a Fedora 32 VM,
and it is dependent on the applications. Firefox changes the zoom when
keypads keys are used, while bash does not.
