The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Corresponding RHEL6 bug (rhbz#875697) was fixed upstream in 0.5.5 and is VERIFIED.

Tested the bug with:
libvirt-1.1.1-11.el7.x86_64
virt-viewer-0.5.7-2.el7.x86_64

Steps:
1. connect to a running VM using remote-viewer
2. initiate guest system shut down from inside the remote-viewer
3. keep the remote-viewer window open until the guest system shuts down
  
The remote-viewer window is closed without an error,so move the bug to VERIFIED.
