Description of problem:

GlusterFileSystem.create() ignores the block replication parameter. The DistributedFileSystem.create() method does not ignore this. This may or may not be an issue given that we set this behavior at the volume level for GlusterFS and not at the File Create level. We need to analyze this and determine whether we need to mimic the DistributedFileSystem behavior or not.
