Daniel, isn't this a dup of a generic feature to be able to resize columns?

Yes, resizable columns support is currently available only for main-tabs tables. I.e. tables in dialogs (or sub-tabs) don't support column resizing.

Bug 915950 adds support for subtabs, but we still need to handle dialogs

with the two other implemented, how big of an effort is this?

The tables in disk dialog are similar to the ones in storage dialog;
i.e. a tree with outer/inner tables. While the inner tables can easily support resizable columns, the outer tables will require a new infrastructure not currently supported (needed also for tree based sub-tabs).

Einav - is this in your future plans?

not at the moment... can you please open a 'ux' RFE that will block this BZ?

Daniel - can you please file this RFE?
I'm sure you'd do a better job than me describing what EXACTLY we need here.
Thanks!
Comment 12 Daniel Erez 2014-09-29 11:17:22 EDT
It seems that this bug addresses only column resizing in attach disk dialog,
which already been resolved while ago (3.2 build) by http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/14445/.

Moving to ON_QA for verification.

@Aharon - up to you whether to verify or close as current release.
Comment 13 Daniel Erez 2014-09-29 12:00:38 EDT
Filed bug 1147633 as an RFE for addressing the issue described in comment #7.
Comment 14 Elad 2014-09-30 04:22:34 EDT
Columns are resizealbe in the add disk dialog for attach disk.
Verified using vt3.1
