Description of problem:

Following resizable columns infrastructure introduced for main-tabs (bug 854478) and sub-tabs (bug 915950), the support should be extended for tree-based tables. 

E.g. Targets/LUNs tables on new Storage Domain (and new DirectLUN) dialog / Storage -> VMs sub-tab / Storage -> Templates sub-tab / Templates -> Disks sub-tab / Templates -> Storage sub-tab.
