Some static resources appear to be licensed under the Ubuntu Font License. Question about that raised on the legal list: http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/legal/2013-April/002123.html
Some other comments while we wait to hear back about licensing: - The package needs a BuildRequires and Requires on python-webobXX. Not sure which version, but it appears in the setup.py. - The %check section can be removed. There aren't any tests. - It would be cool to query upstream and ask them to include a license file and license headers in their sources. A ticket at http://github.com/TurboGears/backlash will probably do it.
Looks like that license is a no-go: http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/legal/2013-April/002124.html
Issue filed upstream: https://github.com/TurboGears/backlash/issues/2
