rhq_sh_storage.jsp

Description of problem:
rhq.sh install doesn't store node data under /var/lib/rhq/storage as it does rhq-storage-installer.sh but stores the data under ${RHQ_HOME}/storage/storage

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
jenkins rhq-cassandra-backend/134/ build

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download latest rhq server installer (having cassandra integrated) 
2. run rhq.sh install from ${RHQ_HOME}/bin

  
Actual results:
node storage  data is stored under ${RHQ_HOME}/storage/storage

Expected results:
By default the storage node is configured to store data files under /var/lib/rhq/storage

rhq.sh has been replaced by rhqctl.sh - closing bug as wontfix
