NetworkManager now provides bash completion for nmcli.

Also, I cannot find where the Fedora bash-completion package gets the nmcli completions from.  Upstream bash-completion repo doesn't have it:

but the tarball of bash-completion-2.1.tar.bz2 that Fedora has in the lookaside repo does include it.  Seems like our bash-completion sources are not following upstream and they don't have a patch to explicitly patch nmcli in?

bash-completion sources in Fedora do follow upstream. nmcli completion is included in bash-completion 2.1 release which is what Fedora has, and your gitweb link points to a post-2.1 git revision in which it was removed (or rather moved aside).
