RHEV-M GUI grids contain a lot of columns, therefore the width of each column is quite limited.
hence, a column header text can easily get truncated if the user reduces the width of the column or if viewing the application in a locale that typically contain long texts (see the bugs that were closed as duplicate of bug 915950 in order to understand the scale of the problem).

a solution this problem in the form of tool-tips that appear when hovering on a column-header has been suggested and discussed:
