Description of problem: During gnome-initial Setup, when added Only Indic (Hindi or Punjabi) layout (as happened for many language tester during Fedora Translation test day), and complete setup, then it is impossible to login if screen get locked or logout once as only selected layout is Indic and no-way to provide ASCII characters or switch it off to provide Password. So it will be helpful for users if he select Indic layout, then English layout should be automatically added. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-initial-setup-0.9-1.fc19.x86_64 control-center-3.8.1-2.fc19.x86_64 How reproducible: Everytime during setup if miss to Add English layout Steps to Reproduce: 1. run Setup 2. Select Only one keyboard as Hindi Devanagari 3. Add it 4. Complete setup 5. Lock screen Actual results: No way to entry password as layout has no ASCII characters Expected results: English layout is essential to unlock screen. English layout should be added by default for Indic locales automatically. Additional info: previously Ibus can be switched off and Password can be provided to unlock (or login)
