Description of problem:

Following Power-management related messages are seen in "Events" when a host became non-responsive.

----
2013-Apr-25, 15:25

Host Server5 became non-responsive. It has no power management configured. Please check the host status, manually reboot it, and click "Confirm Host Has Been Rebooted"
----

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): rhsc-2.1.0-0.qa10

See attached.

Since RHS-C, don't have the power-management feature as of now, we need to remove the related entries.
