How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. have EAP 6.0.GA standalone imported
2. create a new 'File Handler' within logging subsystem 
3. update it's configuration
  
Actual results: update fails:

{JBAS014653: Composite operation failed and was rolled back. Steps that failed:={Operation step-3=JBAS014746: encoding may not be null}}, rolled-back=true

This was tested in the downstream JBoss ON 3.3 and is no longer an issue. Closing as WORKSFORME.
