gui module is not present in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/scservices/
The same bug is seen in Fedora 19 with arch x86_64.
I seems to be a bug in the packaging, because the module *gui* is present in the source code: https://fedorahosted.org/released/system-config-services/system-config-services-0.101.9.tar.bz2 After extracting the tarball: $ ls system-config-services-0.101.9/src/scservices/gui/* __init__.py (class UIController found in line 1162).
