Description of problem:
xfce4-display-settings 4.10.0 used to allow setting of X/Y position for a display. (bug 773780)
This functionality is gone in the 4.10.1 package -- I think it should be re-added as this is an important option for multi-monitor setups.

Ah, I see. I saw that it was commited upstream, but it looks like only to master, not the 4.10 branch. ;(
I'll look at getting it added back now.
xfce4-settings-4.10.1-2.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
xfce4-settings-4.10.1-2.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing xfce4-settings-4.10.1-2.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
