Description of problem: The firewall-offline-cmd can only add new services, but can't either list or remove already enabled services. This causes issues in Anaconda, as discovered when researching bug 957809. There are some default services, such as dhcpv6-client, that are enabled by default in Firewalld, but there with is no way to remove them using the offline tool. The daemon that supports removing services is of course not running during the installation. Therefore either a way to purge all default services or support for listing & removing enabled services is needed.
