*** Bug 996139 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
rubygem-tins-0.8.4-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rubygem-tins-0.8.4-1.fc19
rubygem-tins-0.8.4-1.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository.
Going to fix this, in F20 and Rawhide. Not sure if it is worth of pushing into F18/F19, since the updates are stuck in Bodhi.

more complicated for epel 5/6 :/ tins is not available for epel and same applies for packages in tins requires, work on this topic started, will take longer time before term-ansicolor is available for epel 5/6. f18/f19 will be available during next week
fixed already for some time.
