Doc Text:	The python-quantumclient package did not include a dependency on version 1.3 of the python-cliff package. This version of python-cliff is required to maintain Python 2.6 compatibility. If python-cliff 1.3 was not installed on the system, some quantum client actions would end in error: AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'compress' 'module' object has no attribute 'compress' The python-quantumclient package has been updated and now includes a dependency on python-cliff version 1.3.
