1) In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=982266 the APC_SNMP doesn'r work at all, in this bug it does as primary but not as a secondary since the secondary parameters seems to be read incorrectly. 2) This BZ indicates that the security option value is not defined correctly. so, in my opinion, these are not totally dups. I agree with comment 2 , however will know for sure only after resolving the bug....
