Both jsp-api 2.0 and el-api contain the class
  javax.el.ArrayELResolver

At runtime, this behaves like "a box of chocolates" (you never know what you're going to get).

Upgraded jsp-api from 2.0 to 2.2 to avoid shadowing the el-api.
