Inline comment in kdump.conf breaks building of initrd

remove inline comments before using the
Description of problem:
This is the fedora version of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=967427
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit kdump.conf
2. make a kdump directive like:
net 220.127.116.11 # this is a comment
3. regenerate the dumprd.
Dump generation fails due to comments
Comments to be stripped before use.
Couldn't find another place to submit this issue with a patch.
kexec-tools-2.0.4-11.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
kexec-tools-2.0.4-11.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kexec-tools-2.0.4-11.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
