the path seems to be defined in ./src/linguist/Qt5LinguistToolsConfig.cmake.in

Interesting, according to

this was supposed to be fixed in qttools-5.1.1, looking deeper

qt5-qttools-5.1.1-3 builds include a hack to make things work for now, these are also tagged into koji buildroot overrides.

Package qt5-qttools-5.1.1-3.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing qt5-qttools-5.1.1-3.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.

qt5-qttools-5.1.1-3.fc18 did not resolve the problem I reported in 1009893.
the symptom is unchanged.

it looks like lupdate-qt5 is in qt5-qttools-devel-5.1.1-3.fc18 which I also had installed without changing the symptom.
