Description of problem:
if following config is used the rsyslog complains about unknown options keepalive.time, keepalive.interval, keepalive.probes, keepalive

input(type="imrelp" port="514" keepalive="on" keepalive.probes="2" keepalive.interval="2" keepalive.time="5")

rsyslog-relp-7.4.7-7.el7_0

How reproducible:
always

Additional info:
this does work on RHEL6 rsyslog7-7.4.10-2.el6

Unless librelp is rebased in el7.2, this can't be solved on rsyslog's side.
