Doc Text:	When a snapshot is created, the current time-stamp in GMT is appended to its name. Due to this, the same snapshot name can be used by multiple snapshots. If a user does not want to append the timestamp with the snapshot name, the "no-timestamp" option in the snapshot create command can be used.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
While creating a new snapshot, the timestamp of creation has to be appended to the snapshot name provided by user. So that it becomes easy to keep track of the snapshots.

gluster snapshot create S1 vol0
snapshot create: success: Snap S1_GMT-2015.06.12-05.40.37 created successfully
