When a snapshot is created, the current time-stamp in GMT is appended to its name. Due to this, the same snapshot name can be used by multiple snapshots. If a user does not want to append the timestamp with the snapshot name, the "no-timestamp" option in the snapshot create command can be used.

Description of problem:
While creating a new snapshot, the timestamp of creation has to be appended to the snapshot name provided by user. So that it becomes easy to keep track of the snapshots.
