How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a foreman provider
2. Go to it's detail page
3. Try to find the "Configuration" toolbar button

Actual results:
The configuration button is missing.

Expected results:
The button is present on the detail page.

Verified fixed in 5.6-beta2 - 5.6.0.1-beta2.20160413141124_e25ac0e.
