Accepting into GA program, and assigning to Byron for review. Byron, it looks like the upstream feature page was never merged, but I've added a link in the 'URL' field of this BZ to the merge request that contains feature information. It looks like the key change, GUI-wise, is being able to mark any data domain as 'Backup', provided the domain meets a set of strict criteria. Missed ga milestone, moving to first z stream.
