perl-Config-General-2.36 is already available. Repo version is 2.33.
Please update the package.

2.36 has regressions which will break eg. w3c-markup-validator, see
http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=30063

Therefore, 2.36 is a no go at least for <= F-8, let's see if upstream releases a
fix for this regression soon.  Leaving open in case people wonder why the
package hasn't been updated to latest upstream.
