Description of problem:

I've attached a file that describes all the issues we have found so far w/ the
virtualization guide (it was a bit too long to cut/paste here). In the file I
separated the issues into 2 sections; the first section is related to content
(missing and/or erroneous information) and the second section is typos.

I will submit a separate IT to add missing paragraphs for Itanium support
(install fw, elilo,....)
