The Cloud BU would like to have the Matahari package delivered as part of RHEL 5.7.

Matahari package provides QMF Agents for Linux guests.

Further info for decision makers:

Matahari provides a set of APIs for OS management that are exposed for remote access over QMF/qpid.  Initial users of Matahari agents will be Cloud components (Cloud Engine/Aeolus), and so support for Matahari will initially be limited to Cloud products specifically.
