Cause:
The first time you SHIFT-CTRL-V on a message window in outlook.
Consequence:
Spice-gtk client crashes.
Fix:
Cache palettes of un-rendered bitmaps
Result:
The client no longer crashes at first Shift-Ctrl-V in Microsoft Outlook .
