This is absolutely true. The real problem is that those pages are written in Perl, which in our current stack means it is untranslatable. The long-term plan is to get all pages moved over to Java (and localizable), so when that happens the pages will be translated.

These pages are in Java as of Sat5.8 and localized along with everything else in the app. Setting to MODIFIED and assigning to the 580 tracker
