Description of problem:
Exort and ISOs domains must be attached and dettached from DCs everytime you need to use them in the domain not attached at the moment

Export and ISOs domains can be attached to more than one DC at the same time to save waste of time and having to duplicate domains.

note that for export, you can use Glance for some use cases as an export/import domain attachable to multiple DCs/Engine's.

ISO and Export should not be storage domains as proposed by BZ#1051002.

ISOs already support this.
for Export, this will most likely happen by implementing bug 1051002, so closing duplicate.
mentioning again for basic import/export (disks, not snapshot chains), glance export domain can be attached to multiple domains.
