Moving this to ON_QA as it was shipped with the original host groups and should be able to be verified in the present puddle.

Verified with : openstack-foreman-installer-1.0.2-1.el6ost.noarch.
(puddle 2014-01-13.5) 

cinder services is now deployed as part of the controller host groups  (neutron / nova-network) as well there's a dedicated host group 'LVA Block storage' to deploy cinder using foreman.

All relevant bugs against cinder deployment using foreman or cinder host group will be reported separately on different bugs.
