How reproducible:
run hwcert

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHEL5.9 x86_64 with xen
2.Install needs packages
3.Configure hwcert
4.run fv_* test

Actual results:
fv_* test failed

Expected results:
fv_* test pass

Additional info:
RHEL6.5 x86_64 fv_* test pass
Bug 1007667 - fv_* test failed on RHEL5.9 Xen kernel since xenbr0 was not found
Used Bug 1007667 workaround can fix bug but info failed.
