due to changes in the latest publican-redhat brand, all the documentation HTML files were renamed, hence the mapping between dialogs and their matching documentation page [opened when clicking on the context-sensitive help icon ("?") in each dialog header] was pretty-much re-written from scratch. 

QE: to verify this BZ properly, need to go over all dialogs in the application and make sure that the context-sensitive help icon leads to the documentation page that matches that dialog.

I found some issues:

1) Storage -> Edit (Edit Domains) -> help leads to edit resources about cluster
2) Data Center -> attach Export (at the bottom) -> help leads to non existing page
3) storage -> click on ISO Domain -> Data Center (at the bottom) -> Attach -> help button is missing

4) template -> edit template -> help doesn't lead to editing a template (leads on top of the page about template)
5) template -> export template -> help leads to exporting VM instead of exporting template
6) storage -> import Domain -> help button is missing

I don't know if help icon should be on every dialog.

@Greg - can you please work with the documentation team in order to correct the problematic mappings and then build a new rhevm-doc package with the fixed mapping?

operations. A new help tag will need to be created.

QE: Everything but the issues that are documented in bug 1174045, bug 1174043 and bug 1174042 should be resolved in vt13.4 [rhevm-doc-3.5.0-4.el6eng.noarch]. 

the issues documented in bug 1174045, bug 1174043 and bug 1174042 will be tracked via the docs bug 1175729 (targeted for 3.6, and will be backported to 3.5.z if possible). 

if you find specific issues (and not a cross-GUI issue), please do NOT re-open this BZ - open a separate BZ for each problematic context-sensitive help link <-> dialog.
