Description of problem: If backup was not preformed, the admin users will receive repeating notifications to audit log every three days by default, which will be a configurable value. The message will include link to wiki page describing backup options and instructions should be added on how last successful backup value can be externally updated. The message will also refer users to engine-backup log in this way: “If you have already added automatic engine-backup via 3rd part software, there may be a issue with the these backups. Please check the backup log.” These notifications could be disabled using engine config, API or in the WebAdmin.
For this item we will cover what's described in http://www.ovirt.org/Features/BackupAwareness Engine-backup will need to change in order to send proper events and fill proper records in engine DB, in order to update on start/end and success of engine-backup.
