There seems to be no point exposing that parameter as it is completely
futile and always was.

This discrepancy introduced with
https://github.com/ClusterLabs/resource-agents/commit/5668b8cfc4e0e64f166f5c0cbbb4dfd04e5813d1
([bug 213524]), i.e., since beginning (parameter introduced and never
ever used).

Hard to say what to do about that, I realized the resulting schema
for validations is add-or-update-only (no prunning).
